Enjoy the wonder of Uganda, Kenya and Zanzibar in a 14 Days Uganda gorilla, chimpanzee, Masai mara Kenya and Zanzibar tour , the trip will start from Kigali Rwanda with a pick and proceeds to Bwindi forest national park for gorilla trekking , later to queen Elizabeth national park for  wildlife experience and to Kibale forest national park for chimpanzee tracking and later flying to neighboring Kenya for the Masai mara national  reserve  and finally to Zanzibar for great  beaches and cultural experiences.

Detailed travel package  

Day 1: Pick up from Kigali Rwanda transfer to Bwindi Forest national park in Uganda

 In the morning after breakfasts at your hotel, you will Later exit Kigali and embark on a drive to Bwindi Forest national park in Uganda, upon arrival you will check in at your lodge for dinner an overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest National park and afternoon Batwa cultural experience.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be picked up from your lodge and later head to the park headquarters for briefing.   Where you will be briefed on the dos and don’ts involving gorilla trekking. Be a signed a gorilla family to track from as well a ranger guide to take you for a gorilla trekking. Ascend into the jungles in search for gorillas, along the way you will encounter more wildlife such as monkeys and bird’s species.  The activity can take between 1- 4 hours depending on the mobility of the gorilla family you have be assigned to track from.  Upon meeting the gorillas, you will spend 1 hour with them interacting with them taking as many photos as you can.  Later descend to the park headquarters and head back to the lodge for lunch.

After lunch, you will head for batwa cultural experience, where you will learn how the batwa people lived before the current day developments.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3: Transfer to queen Elizabeth national park National park.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will exit Bwindi and transfer to  queen elizabeth national park  via ishasha sector known for its tree climbing lions , proceed to queen elizabeth national park . arrive and check in at your lodge for relaxation swimming , dinner and overnight stay .

Day 4: Game drive in queen Elizabeth national park and  boat cruise on Kazinga channel.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will head to the park in search for wildlife at the kasenyi area,  you will be able to see elephants,  Uganda Kobs, buffaloes, water bucks, lions, hippos, leopards and many  more . later exit the game drive and head back to the lodge for brief relaxation and lunch.  Later after lunch you will go on a scenic boat cruise on Kazinga channel.  The boat cruise   will expose you too birds and other wildlife. later exit and head back to the lodge where  for relaxation dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Game drive and transfer to Kibale forest national park, do village tour visiting the tea estates.

On this day , you will  wake up to relaxed breakfast , and  opt for another game drive . later exit and transfer to Kibale forest national park. Upon arrival you will check at your lodge for relaxation. later head to for a village to of the areas around the park.  in the village tour you will visit community and tea plantation around the villages and possibly the crater lakes around.

Dinner and overnight :  Chimpanzee forest lodge .

 Day 6: Chimpanzee tracking and afternoon visit to  Bigodi  for nature walk.

Start your morning with breakfast  early in the morning and later head out to the park headquarters , be briefed about the chimpanzee tracking,  get your ranger guides and later head to the forest in search for the chimpanzees. Note that chimpanzees are the closest to humans sharing up to 99% of Dna.  Upon meeting the chimpanzees you  will spend up to an hour with them taking as many photos as you  can  with them while  interacting with them. Exit the park and head back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation.

Later in the afternoon you will head for nature walk in  bigodi swamps, you will view some birds , butterflies and potentially some primates as well .  later after  head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 : Transfer to Kampala and be dropped off at the airport  fly to Nairobi Kenya.

Early In the morning , have your breakfast and later you will embark on  a drive back to Kampala  and to Entebbe for your flight to Nairobi , upon arrival. You will check in at the hotel in Nairobi where you will have overnight stay.

Day 8: Transfer to Masai mara national park

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be picked up by  your guide who will brief you about the Masai mara safari and later you will embark on a drive to Masai mara national reserve, Kenya’s best kept secret, you will have a few stops at the rift valley to catch the breathtaking views of the rift  later, later  proceed to masai mara , if you don’t arrive in time for lunch , you will have lunch in Narok town. Later arrive at park area, check in at your lodge.  Later you will head out for a game drive in the park searching for wildlife. Note that masai mara is popular for the big five wildlife some of which you will be able to to see, you will also encounter several birds species.

Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge

Day 9: Whole day game drive in masai mara national reserve.

Wake up early in the morning, have your breakfast and take along with you packed lunch, embark on a game drive  in pursuit of Masai mara wildlife    you will be able to see elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, wildebeests, giraffes, hyenas, jackals, Thomson gazelles, zebras, elands, Topis, ostriches among other wildlife. Your will have your picnic lunch in the park and continue with game drive, you could even go to the mara area where you will spot the huge Nile crocodiles that are famous for feasting on the wildebeest when they are making attempts to cross the mara river.

Day  10 : Transfer to Nairobi and fly to Zanzibar.

Very early in the morning, you will exit Masai  mara and  transfer to Nairobi upon arrival you will be dropped off at the airport for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at Zanzibar, you will be  picked by  your driver and dropped off at hotel

Overnight at : Alminah Hotel stone town.

 Day 11 : Morning  visit of stone town and transfer to Nungwi.

In the morning after breakfast, you will head for person tour of stone town visiting the museum, art shops, jewelry shop and a few others places that would interest you. Later in the afternoon after lunch you will transfer to Nungwi with stop over for spice farms.  Upon arrival, you will check in at  your resort  for relaxation  and leisure.

Overnight at : Mnarani beach cottages

Day 12:  swimming with the dolphin, snorkeling and leisure at the resort.

In the morning after breakfast, you will be picked from the resort and be transferred to where you’re a boat will be waiting for you to head to mnemba island area for dolphin experience and snorkeling, enjoy the experience and later exit and be driven to the hotel where you will relax and enjoy the beach and views.

Day 13: Whole day relaxation and leisure at the hotel.

Wake up to an entire day of leisure at the resort, strolling around the beach and enjoying the breathtaking views

Day 14: Transfer to the airport to catch your flight back home.

In the morning, have breakfasts at leisure bearing in mind you have a flight to catch, later be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
