Brief travel Plan.

Day 1: Pick and travel to Murchison falls national park en-route ziwa rhino tracking.

Day 2: Morning game drive in the park and afternoon boat cruise on the Nile.

Day 3: Exit Murchison in a mini game drive and transfer to Kibale forest national park.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking and nature walk in Bigodi swamps.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi forest National park.

Day 6:  Gorilla trekking and visit to the Batwa cultural group in the afternoon.

Day 7: Transfer Back to Kampala

Detailed travel Plan

Day 1:  Pick from your hotel and transfer to Murchison falls national park.

Following your 7 Days Uganda safari adventure, you will be picked from your   hotel where you previously slept by our guide , be briefed about your trip and later you will embark on your safari to Murchison falls national park, as you travel you will come across several sights like  luwero, the guide  will narrate to you the historical occurrence in luweero that led to  the rise of the current government.  As you continue further north, you will come to a stop in Nakasongola district home to ziwa rhino sanctuary where you will do rhino tracking, head straight   for rhino tracking an exercise that will take 1 hour or even 1:30 minutes. later exit the ziwa rhino sanctuary and head for lunch in Masindi . later exit lunch and head to Murchison falls national park ,  arrive and if time allows you will visit the top of the falls to have  impressive view of the Murchison falls.   Dinner and overnight at your lodge

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise on the Nile.

Get up in the morning have, breakfast and later embark on an early morning game drive in the park, the drive will expose you some of park wildlife to mention giraffes, elephants, lions, leopards, Jacksons hartebeest, topis, buffaloes, impalas, warthogs   among others.  Later the game drive departs and head back to your lodge for a brief relaxation and later lunch.  After lunch, drive to the boat docking station, hop into the boat and head for a launch / boat cruise on the Nile , the boat cruise is scenic and will reveal to you several birds and animal species such as the  huge Nile crocodiles,  large school of hippos and other wildlife on the shores.  Later after the boat cruise you will transfer back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Brief game drive and transfer to Kibale forest national park.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will check out your lodge and head for a brief game drive in the park to increase your wildlife counter. Later exit and transfer to Kibale national park, the drive will take you approximately 5 hours.   Kibale forest national park is as known as the primates capital as it hosts of the biggest numbers of primates in the world in a single location.  Upon arrival you will check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking and afternoon swamp/ nature walk in bigodi.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will assemble at the park headquarters by 8:00am , later you will be briefed and you will embark on chimpanzee trekking of the closest primates to humans in terms of DNA. Upon encountering them, you will spend 1 hours with them interacting and taking as many photos as you can while observing their behavior as habits. Later exit and head back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch.   After lunch, you will you embark on nature walk to bigodi swamps to see birds , butterflies among other.  Dinner and overnight at lodge.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable forest national park .

Climax your stay at Kibale forest national park with breakfast and later exit your lodge and head south Bwindi forest national park the popular home for Uganda’s mountain gorilla population.  The drive will take approximately 6 hours.  Upon arrival to Bwindi, you will check in your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Gorilla trekking and afternoon visit to the Batwa people.

Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be picked by your guide and you will transfer to the park headquarters where you will do the briefing, later be assigned a gorilla family to trek from and you will embark on the search for gorillas.   The tracking exercise can take any time from 50 minutes to 6 hours, this is dependent on the proximity of the gorilla family you have been assigned to trek from. As transcend through the jungles, clear signs of their presence is evidenced by the breaking of tree branches and chapping sounds. Upon meeting them you be allowed to spend exactly 1 hour as you interact with them seeing their feeding habits and nesting habits. Later exit the jungle, be issued with a certificate of tracking and later head back to the lodge for lunch and relaxation. 

Some time in the afternoon, you will be head for the visit of the Batwa indigenous people  to learn about their culture and practices.  Head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7:  Transfer back to Kampala

Following your last day of the trip, you will   wake  up to a relaxed day , have your  breakfast  and later pack your bags. Exit   Bwindi and drive to Kampala and you will arrive later in the afternoon, be dropped to either a prior booked hotel or be dropped at the airport to for your flight back home.
