This 7 days Tanzania great migration and Uganda gorilla trekking safari sees you to Serengeti national park in Tanzania, Tanzania’s best kept secret in terms of wildlife abundance, you will get the opportunity to do hot air balloon, thrilling game drives to see the huge number of wildlife in the Serengeti plains. Later you will exit Serengeti to Arusha and fly to Uganda for another memorable activity “the great gorilla trekking, where you will experience the gentle giants before flying back to your home.
Brief travel plan.
Day 1: Pick up from Arusha and transfer to Serengeti national park.
Day 2: Hot air balloon experience in the Serengeti national park over the herds of wildlife in migration.
Day 3: Another day In the Serengeti national park game drive.
Day 4: Transfer to Arusha and catch a flight to Uganda for gorilla trekking.
Day 5: Transfer to bwi for gorilla trekking.
Day 6: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest national park
Day 7: Transfer from Bwindi back to Kampala and will be dropped off at the hotel or airport for your flight home.
Detailed travel plan
Day 1: Pick up from Arusha and transfer to Serengeti national park.
On the first day of your trip you will be picked up by our tour guide from your hotel, you will then embark on a safari to Serengeti national park ,the drive can take you any time from 4-6 hours, upon arrival , you will game drive to your lodge where you will relax. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 2: Hot air balloon trip over Serengeti national park.
Very early in the morning, you will transfer to the starting point of the balloon safari, you will hope into the inflated balloon and start your flight over Serengeti, you will have a birds eye view of the park , giving scenic view of the park as well as great observation of the wildlife. Hot air balloon experience is an incredible one, later you will descend and head to the lodge for lunch and relaxation , you can choose to do another game drive in the afternoon.
Day 3: Another day in serengeti national park
Spend another day in Serengeti national park doing a game drive in the park seeing several wildlife such as lions elephants , wildebeest, cheetah, zebras, buffaloes, jackal, Thomson gazelles, giraffes, dik diks among others.

4 Day: Transfer to Arusha and fly to Entebbe in Uganda.
On your last say in Serengeti, you will exit the park and embark on a drive to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will board a flight to Uganda , upon arrival you will transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Pick up from your hotel and drive to Bwind forest national park
Early in the morning at 7:00am your guide will pick you from your hotel and drive you to Bwindi through the masaka highway. Have a brief stopover at the equator statue, have a few photos for memory purposes. Later proceed west wards to Bwindi , have another stopover in Mbarara for lunch. After lunch you will continues with your journey to Bwindi through the beautiful rolling hills of Kabale until you arrive to Kisoro and to Bwindi national park. Check in at your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi with option for batwa cultural trail .
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will proceed to the park headquarters for clearances and briefing about gorilla trekking, be assigned arranger and later move into the jungles in search for the gorillas, you will come across several other small animals and bird species. The tracking exercise can take 1- 8 hours upon finding the gorillas, you will be given a maximum of an hour with them while interacting. After the tiresome exercise, you will return to your lodge for a relaxation.
Incase you have time you will opt for Batwa cultural experience.

Day 7: Drive to Kampala
Very early in the morning after breakfast, you will exit Bwindi and embark on a transfer to Kampala and be dropped off at the hotel or at the airport for your flight home.
