11 Days Gorilla Trekking and Wildebeest Migration Serengeti Safari

Day 1: Pick up from Entebbe and transfer to Kibale national park,

Day 2: chimpanzee trekking and afternoon Bigodi swamp walk

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi forest national park.

Day 4: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Forest national park and afternoon visit to Batwa.

Day 5: Transfer to volcanoes national park in Rwanda Visit Dian Fossey centre Hellen DeGeneres campus.

Day 6: Golden monkey trekking and visiting of gorilla guardian village

Day 7: Transfer to Kigali and do Kigali city tour to the genocide memorial and trans to Airport for  your flight to Arusha Tanzania.

Day 8: Pick from Arusha and transfer to Tarangire national park.

Day 9: Transfer to Serengeti national park .

Day 10 : whole day experience of Serengeti national park

Day 11 : Do morning game drive and relax at the lodge

Day 12 : Transfer to Ngorongoro , do a crater drive in Ngorongoro crater

Day 13: Transfer back to Arusha for your flight home.

Day 1: Pick from Entebbe airport to the Hotel

Upon arrival, you will be picked by select adventure safari guide from the aiport who will brief you about your trip as well as welcome you and transfer  you to the hotel where you will relax and have overnigh.

Day 2: Pick up from Kampala and transfer to Kibale forest national park.

Following you 13 days east African safari,  your select adventure guide will pick you from the airport and  you will embark on  the drive to kibale forest national park also know as the primates capital of the world,  you will drive through the lush countryside of Uganda taking you approximately 6-7  hours. Upon arrival,  you will check in at your lode for relaxation dinner and over night stay.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking and afternoon bigodi swamp  tour.

Have an early morning breakfast from your  hotel and later transfer to the park headquarters by 8:00am where you will be briefed about the do and don’ts involved in gorilla trekking  later  head to the  jungle in search for chimpanzees, note that Kibale host a huge number of primates hence its name the primate capital . upon meeting the chimpanzee you will spend with them a maximum of 1 hours taking photos and interacting with them. Later head back to the park headquarters where you are issued with certificated and transfer back to your lodge for lunch and relaxation.

Later in the afternoon, you will head to Bigodi wetland for a brief nature walk and birding. Transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Forest national park

On the 3^rd day of your trip, you will transfer to Bwindi Forest national park , a drive that is about 5-6 hours that is scenic and fulfilling, upon arrival you head to your lodge for relaxation as well as dinner and overnight stay .

Day 5: Gorilla trekking and optional Batwa cultural visit.

Get up early in the morning, have breakfasts and transfer to the Bwindi park head for briefing about the does and don’ts regarding gorilla trekking, later be assigned a gorilla family to trek from together with your park ranger guide.  Ascend into the jungle in search for gorillas, upon meeting them, you will spend an hour with them taking photos and interacting with them. Later descend the park and head   back to the park headquarters where you will received certificates and later head back to the lodge for relaxation and lunch.  Late in the afternoon , you will will head for an option visit to the batwa people to  experience  their culture.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 6: Transfer to volcanoes national park in Rwanda
wake up to relaxed  breakfast and later at transfer to volcanoes national park in Rwanda, upon arrival you will check in your lodge and later if  you have you can visit the Dian fossey  centre Hellen DeGeneres campus .

Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 7: Golden monkey trekking and gorilla guardian village visit.

In the morning after breakfast, you will be picked up from the lodge and transfer to the park headquarters, where you will be briefed about the golden monkey trekking. Later head to the forest in search for the shy golden monkey, take as many photos as you can , later exit the park and reunite with your guide and transfer back to the lodge for lunch.

Later in the afternoon you will visit ibyiwacu cultural centre for the experience the pure Rwanda culture ranging from how marriage was conducted, how food was gathered, storage of food among others.

Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 8: Transfer to Kigali, do Kigali city tour and fly to Arusha.

 In the morning after breakfast, you will transfer to Kigali, where you will visit the Kigali genocide memorial. later you will go the airport and transfer to Arusha, check in at you lodge for overnight

Day 9: Transfer to Tarangire national park.

In the morning after breakfast, you will be picked from your hotel by select adventure safaris guide and later embark on a drive to Tarangire national park, upon arrival, you will finish with the park entry procedure and enter the park you will start with immediate game drive in the park search for wildlife such as elephants, giraffes, wildebeest, buffaloes, water bucks among others. later you will have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 10: Transfer to Serengeti national park .

In the morning after breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and later

 Embark on a drive to the Serengeti national park, through the valleys, upon arrival you will game drive yourself to the park. later you will have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 11: whole day experience of Serengeti national park.

Start your day with breakfast and later head to the park in search for wildlife, you will be position to see lions, zebras, wildebeest, elephants’ leopards, cheetahs, ostriches, jackals, hyaenas, buffaloes among others , enjoy the drive with picnic lunch in the savannah. Later head back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay .

Day 12: Moring game drive and after relaxation at the lodge

Spend you morning doing game drive in the park , checking out what you could have missed the previous day later return to the lodge for relaxation.

Day 13: transfer to Ngorongoro crater

In the morning , you  will have breakfast and later transfer to Ngorongoro crater national park , you will do a crater drive in the rims seeing as many wildlife as you can  later retreat to your lodge where you will  have dinner and overnight stay .

Day 14: Transfer to Arusha for your flight home

In the morning, you will transfer to Arusha and later you will head catch a flight back home.
