Pick up from Kampala to Sezibwa

 You will be picked up from the place of meet up at 8:00am in the morning and then start off the journey to Jinja where you will have your first stop over at Sezibwa falls which is approximately 32 kilometers from Kampala to Mukono district which is about 1 hour and 30 mins .

You will then arrive at the falls which are about 7m with falling water which makes a hissing water sound . It is a beautiful scenery with natural vegetation cover and steep rocks over which the water falls which you will be able  to view and take some photos while there .  The site also has activities like bird watching , camping , rock climbing , hiking and nature walks .

Visit Mabira forest

You will proceed to the next location which is Mabira forest for 2 hours where you will have a forest walk . Mabira forest is a rain forest which covers an area of about 300 square kilometers situated in Buikwe district between Lugazi and Jinja .

Mabira forest is a habitat to over 300 bird species and other primates . The forest is great for a nature walk where you will walk under tree canopies . There are very many primates that you will see like red tailed monkeys , vervet monkeys , black and white mangabey and as well as beautiful forest birds .

Visit the source of the Nile  

You will continue to Jinja town where you will have lunch at any hotel of your choice then prepare for the boat ride on the source of the Nile to see where the Nile originates . You will be able to see different bird species and then return back and maybe decide to relax by the source of the Nile for a few drinks or just relaxation before meeting up with the driver to return back to Kampala .
